Established in 2005, GPG SLOVAKIA s.r.o. has been specialising in the manufacture of gears and various gear components for the motorcycle industry, including the assembly of complete gearboxes, as well as gear components for other industries, such as for agricultural machinery of small to medium size.

Over many years, the company has acquired a wealth of industry experience, primarily in the field of manufacturing gears and components with gears. A significant factor in the success of our company is continuous development, reinforced by investments in our machinery, equipment for technical inspections and employee training. GPG SLOVAKIA performs the complete process of manufacturing from turning to grinding and eventual assembly. During production, we use the technologies of broaching, gear hobbing or gear milling, milling on CNC milling machines, deburring, cutting-edge milling, cylindrical grinding, jig grinding and gear grinding. To increase flexibility and quality, we also provide sharpening of hobbing and gear shaping cutters. Following each sharpening, they are sent to a specialist company for coating.

We work exclusively with certified suppliers of materials (especially forgings and bars). We outsource turning through specialist suppliers. Heat treatment is guaranteed by a certified external supplier close to our headquarters, who provides the processes of refining, annealing, case hardening and quenching, nitriding and others, guaranteeing top quality heat treatment and a warranty certificate for all batches, prepared by a metallographic laboratory.

GPG SLOVAKIA guarantees high quality products through the implementation of continuous operation control at all process levels, from material procurement to the dispatch of finished products. To guarantee the maximum precision of mechanical machining, we use state-of-the-art control inspection equipment such as:
- Mitutoyo 3D Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Wenzel and Klingelnberg Evolventometers
- Other equipment as per customer specifications (roughness gauges, altimeters, pasameters, optical measuring devices and so on)
